Shipping

All Items are shipped within 5 days of purchase. Tracking numbers are sent once the orders are shipped.
We currently ship from Italy and use FedEx as the shipping provider .

Processing Time

The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. I aim to ship within 3-5 working days. I will contact you with the update in case of the delay caused by unforseen circumstances.

Custom and Imports taxes

International buyers that live outside of the United States are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & Exchanges

At this moment all sales are final and returns or exchanges are not accepted. Please make sure you carefully check all details, product description and photos, and read shop policies before payment.

Please contact me if there is a damage or problem with your jewellery, I will be happy to help.

It is the duty of the buyer to contact the postal carrier to submit a claim in the event an item is lost, stolen, or damaged in shipping after it has left my studio.

Cancellations

I gladly accept cancellations. Please contact me within 24h of your purchase for your order to be cancelled and refunded. After this time your order cannot be changed, as it's already prepared for shipping.

Packaging

My aim is to package all of your Avatar Zen adornments in a beautiful wrapping, making it a magical experience with free goodies such as stickers, art cards , floral blessings & pouches\boxes you can reuse or keep your jewelry in!

Please contact me if you wish to send your order as a gift directly to the recipient. I will ensure a unique gift unwrapping experience.
